Refund policy
At Junamour, we want you to love your travel essentials. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with returns that meet our Policy Guidelines. We do not charge restocking fees and we provide free return shipping for eligible U.S. orders.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@junamour.com.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer active, we will issue store credit for the refund amount.
**If your original order did not qualify for free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in these cases. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items that are used, damaged, missing packaging, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for refund.

Policy Guidelines
- Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated and handed to USPS within 30 days of delivery. Returns shipped after this window cannot be accepted.
- All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet these criteria.

We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. That’s why every Junamour Jar comes with a 1-year leakproof guarantee. If you experience any issues within that time, simply reach out to us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
